It started on a cold January evening. Our dog curled into the smallest ball on the floor — not because he wanted to be small, but because he was trying to hold onto whatever little warmth he had. Meanwhile, we were wrapped in a blanket on the sofa, sipping something warm, barely noticing.
That moment stayed with us.
We looked into it. Pets — especially dogs and cats — feel temperature drops more acutely than we often realise. Their bodies are closer to the ground, they can't layer up, and they rely entirely on what we provide for them. And yet, most "pet comfort" products were either too clinical, too cheap, or designed to look cute rather than to actually keep an animal warm.
So we built Blanketail.
